Eggless Chocolate Cake in Pressure Cooker

Cake is made in an oven but what if you do not get have electricity? You cant always rely on electricity, so for this instance we will make the cake in a pressure cooker.

If the light goes in the middle of the baking cake, then it will not become a good cake. If there is no electrification then make a cake in a cooker, the cake becomes good even in a cooker. Make chocolate cake in IE cooker today.

How To Make Eggless Cake In Pressure Cooker

Materials Required - Ingredients for Eggless Chocolate Cake
Flour - 250 gm (2 cups)
Ghee or Butter - 100 gm (1/2 cup)
Sugar - 100 gm (half cup)
Condensed Milk - 200g (Half Tin)
Cocoa powder - 50 grams or half cup
Milk - 200 gm (one cup)
Baking powder - a teaspoon
Baking soda - half teaspoon
Salt - a quarter teaspoon (if you wish)

Grease the utensil to make the cake, Grease with a little bit of ghee or butter around the pot making the cake, add a small spoon of maida lever and put it in a vessel of ghee and hold the pot with an outer wave so that it rotates The thin layer of Maida should be placed inside the pot, the extra maida was removed from the pot.

In the maida taken for the cake, mix salt, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder and filter it 2 times. Mix ghee and sugar in a large vessel, stir well with a spoon, add condensed milk and mix it well.

Put this mixture in a small amount of flour, add a little bit of it, after pouring all the maida 2-3 tablespoons of flour, do not want to keep the pistils in the paste. In this paste, add a little milk to the fatee, to make the pakoras for the cake, the synthesizer paste ready version. Paste is ready for cake. Now you have got chopped walnuts, almonds or cashew nuts.

To make a cake in a cooker, the cake container should not be covered by the bottom of the cooker, otherwise the cake can burn from the bottom. For this, a bowl of salt spread in the bottom of the cooker, whose cake does not appear in the bottom of the container under the pan of cooker and salt becomes warm even after making the temperature.

After adding a bowl of salt inside the cooker, put the lamp and cooker lid up for two minutes on a strong fire. In two-minute minutes the cooker gets heated enough to make the cake.

Check the cake after forty minutes, if the cake is not baked properly, after mixing a knife inside the cake, the mixture is looking at the knife, then the cake will be ready by baking a cake, and in 50 baked missions.

If you open the cooker, you can see that the cake has been ready and if not and  want to test it, put the knife in the cake and see if the cake does not stick with a knife, then your cake has become ready.

The cooker has to be well cooled, including cake containers. After Cake cooling turn the knife through the edges of the cake, separate the cake from the edges of the vessel and lease it lightly now and now the cake can be taken out in the plate.

The chocolate cake made in cooker is ready, cut the cake into your favorite pieces and sizes.

Precautions:

The cake's solution should neither thick nor too thin, keeps slurry like we made for potato fritters.
After cake solution put the cake immediately for baking,if the solution keeps for a long time, then the cake does not grow well.
Baking soda or baking powder should always keep in a tight container, otherwise their results do not get so good.

Sadhana Village


Location: Just opp. of the Sula vineyards which is a very famous and most accessible winery.

Misal pav in breakfast is casual for Nasikkar. basically it consists of misal (moth beans) and Pav(Bread).


Ambience is beautiful taking on a village theme. They offer bullock cart ride and many more other activities which makes this place a lot happening for a family with their kids and for a friends outing within busy schedule to refresh their mind.







There are 2 sections one which serve their famous misal pav and the second one has the ala carte menu in which they offer Indian and Chinese.



Over here they usually served Misal with some farsan or sev sprinkled all over it,  toasted bread with butter, curd or buttermilk and papad. 


Service: prompt on weekdays but for weekends, one has to wait for 15 to 20  mins for the seats.


Budget friendly but one should carry cash as there is no card payment system is available.


My thoughts: I had the best misal here thankfully it was not overloaded with spices. Perfect balance of taste for a person like me who is not into very spicy food. Though they gave an option of spicy rassa.


Must try jalebi which is dipped in jaggery and their chulivarchi ice cream which means it was made on wood stove.


Last but definetly not the least is after having a meal one can have paan while going outside of the premises of the Sadhana Village. there, they have various types of Paan available such as maghai paan (the famous one), Ice paan, Rabadi Paan and Fire Paan.

Quality of Food: Place where people can get pure vegetarian Cakes, Muffins Biscuits, Toast, Khari and Lots of Bakery Products and last but not the least is Sandwich which they offers are:
  • Butter Cheese Sandwich
  • Veg Grilled Sandwich
  • Veg Sandwich
  • Veg Pita Roll
Ambience:  It is located in the middle of Nasik-deolali camp road. Basically It is takeaway.However there are some chairs and tables are available for waiting to get ready the takeaway or one can have sandwich too.

Services: Quick But for the sandwich one has to wait for at least 15-20 mins because they make sandwich as per orders, despite that People over there are friendly and helpful.


Price Range: Very Economical

My thoughts: Overall it was the Best Place to have Breakfast or Evening Snacks for Sweet tooth lovers. However my favourite will be "Veg Grill Sandwich" which i will remember for a really long time.
